Erase My Data
It's easy to request your data deletion all you need is to send email to: Email here
A confirmation email will follow within 24 hours and your data will be deleted entirely within 10 days.
When you profile is deleted, all personal data, such as name and address, is also redacted from our records.
There are cases where you data has to be hold for deletion for 180 days if:
- you have an order history
- you have pending redaction because of a GDPR erasure request
- you have an active subscription now, or if you ever had a subscription in the past
- you are the recipient of a scheduled gift card that hasn't been delivered yet
