- ROASTING COFFEE
1.Spread coffee beans evwnly over roasting surface.
2.Place cover on machine base making sure handles to cover fits into handles of roaster base.
3.Plug cord into a 110-120 volt AC electric outlet only and adjust timer as you need, then turn the switch ON The stirring rod will rotate.
CAUTION: Your roaster has a short cord as safety precaution to prevent injury or property damage resulting from pulling, tripping or becoming entangled with the cord. Do not allow children to be near or use this roaster without close adult supervising. If you must use a longer cord set or an extension cord when using the roaster, the cord must be arranged so it will not drape or hang over the edge of a cornterstop or tabletop where is can be pulled On by children of tripped over accidentally. To prevent electrical shock, injury or fire, the electrical rating of the extensing cord you use must be the same or more than the wattage of the roaster(wattage is stamped on underside of roaster.)
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR MACHINE YOURSELF
Do not shake roaster during roasting cycle.in 5-10minutes (depending on your needs) the coffee will roasted. Turn the switch
OFF and
unplug cord from wall outlet.
4.Make sure handles of roaster cover are aligned in handles of roaster base. Grasp handles firmly and turn roaster base away from cover.
Be carefull of escaping steam.
5.Coffee beans are roasted and is now ready for use.
CLEANING YOUR ROASTING MACHINE.
- CLEAN ROASTER AFTER EVERY USE
Your coffee roaster should be cleaned after each use. Always allow roaster to cool before cleaning.
- CLEANING ROASTER COVER
Wash cover and plastic cap in hot soapy water with a dishcloth or sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Do not use scouring pads or abrasive powders as these could cause scratching.
- CLEANING STIRRING ROD
Remove stand k nos with hot seasy unacre visit cents doth or sponge.
Rinse thoroughly and dry. Replace stirring rod, after cleaning base, making sure it fits into notched area around screw.
- CLEANING ROASTER BASE.
CAUTION:
To reduce the risk of electric, shock, do not immerse
roaster base, its cord or plug in water or other liquid.
Clean non-stick surface of base by wiping with a damp soapy dishcloth, sponge or nylon scouring pad. Wipe surface with a damp cloth and dry.
Do not use abrasive scouring pads or powders on non-stick finish as siscoching,canencue, Aster consistent use. the don stick insh may vinegar and rub over finish. Then wipe the finish with a damp cloth and dry.
CAUTION:
Accessible parts may become hot when the roaster is in use. Children should be kept away.
As soon as any crack in the surface becomes visible, disconnect the appliance immediately from the supply.
BEFORE USING THE FIRST TIME
- CLEAN BEFORE USING

Wash the cover and plastic cap in hot soapy water with a sponge or dishcloth. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
To clean stirring rod and non-stick surface of base, remove rod from base by unscrewing center knob. Wipe rod and non-stick surface with a soapy cloth. Wipe with a damp cloth and dry.
Replace stirring rod,mading sure the rod fits into notched area around screw. Your Roasting Machine is now ready for use.
